It comes packaged with twelve Cosmic Balls.
Zurg's Blaster features three rotating barrels that hold three Cosmic Balls each, as well as a built-in flip up sight. It is modeled after the ion blaster used by Zurg in the Toy Story franchise. Like the fictional weapon, it features a power dial on the sides of the blaster that can be set from one to eleven, although this is purely cosmetic. The priming slide on the back has an extendable handle to help with priming the blaster.
The first version of Zurg's Blaster first was released in 2010.
Another version, the Glow-In-The-Dark Zurg's Blaster, is very similar except it features lights and sounds, as well as a transparent shell.
Zurg's Blaster has been released with the following color schemes:
- Zurg's Blaster (black, silver, and opaque gray)
- Glow-In-The-Dark Zurg's Blaster (black, silver, and translucent gray)
Reloading and firing
To reload Zurg's Blaster, insert up to three Cosmic Balls into each barrel. Pull back on the priming handle fully to prime the blaster.
