Details[]
The Xcess is an upgraded version of the original 2012 Xcess. Similar to its predecessor, it features two six-dart cylinder intended to be swapped between. A new lever system allows them to be flipped around, similar to the Nerf Zombie Strike FlipFury. Manual force is still needed to fully lock the cylinder into place to fire the blaster. Its update also removed its X-Shot Disc-firing feature.
It advertises a firing range of up to eighty feet (twenty-four meters).

It was re-released under the Adventure Force brand as the Hyperspin. In 2022, it was re-released as the Skins Dread, with eight alternative color schemes.
