The twelve dart chain is a Nerf dart chain that was released in 1997 under the Cyber Stryke Gear series.
It comes packaged with the RotoTrack.

As its name may suggest, the twelve dart chain holds up to twelve Mega Darts at a time. It could also be linked together with other chains to provide one blaster with more ammunition to a single blaster. It is compatible with its patron blaster, the Razorbeast, and the Chainblazer. Unlike other chains, it is made of black plastic.
Previous chains were known for major reliability issues, as the chains caused a wide variety of problems, most notably jamming. Some of these problems were fixed with this new chain.[1]
It is unknown if this chain was ever sold in refill packs.

It replaced both the eight dart chain and the fifteen dart chain.
It was replaced by the 2008 twenty-five dart belt, which was included and only usable with the Vulcan EBF-25.
