The Turbo-Fire is an X-Shot blaster that was released in 2011.
Included contents[]
- 1 Turbo-Fire
- 20 X-Shot Darts
Details[]
The Turbo-Fire is a pump-action blaster that features an integrated twenty-dart drum, similar to that of the Buzz Bee Automatic Tommy 20. A dart blocker helps to reduce jams and misfires. It also features an integrated shoulder stock.
History[]
The Turbo-Fire was initially going to feature an ammunition storage area in the stock of the blaster, as shown by images of the blaster prototype. The final, released version lacks this storage area. It is unknown how many darts would have been able to be stored in the stock, however when looking in the internals of the blaster, no such area to store darts is present.
It was re-released multiple times, under the X-Shot Excel and X-Shot Zombie series. It was also re-released as an Air Zone blaster. A 2013 release back into the X-Shot line-up saw it with boosted firepower.
Color schemes[]
The Turbo-Fire has been released in the following color schemes:
- X-Shot (green, black, and orange)
- X-Shot Zombie (white, black, and orange)
- X-Shot Excel (yellow, blue, and orange)
Blaster sets[]
The Turbo-Fire Double Pack includes two Turbo-Fire blasters.
