The Tornado Strike is a Nerf Super Soaker that was released in 2011 under the 2011 series.

Included contents[]

Details[]

The Tornado Strike is a pump-action soaker that uses the water clip refill system and does not feature a trigger. It has a special barrel that spins when fired, twirling the water through the air, hence its name.

This soaker is compatible with detachable shoulder stocks, and has a tactical rail. It is not recommended to use battery powered attachments such as the Tactical Light, as they could get wet and break.

It advertises a firing range of up to twenty feet (six meters).

Official description[]

History[]

This soaker is generally believed to be the successor to the 2004 SoakerTag Helix, a piston-pressurized soaker that also featured the spinning barrel mechanism.

The Tornado Strike was first revealed in December of 2010.[1] Early production photos of the soaker that have been leaked reveal that the soaker was originally planned to feature the Soaker Wars logo, possibly hinting that it would have been included in a continuation of that series.[2]

Looks like they were going to use that "Soaker Wars" logo on the side initially from the 2010 Super Soaker lineup but then axed the idea.”
