The TerraDrone is a Nerf-branded Wow! Stuff product that was released in fall of 2014 under the Combat Creatures series.[1] It requires four "AA" batteries to be operated.[1]

It comes packaged with its cylinder and twelve Elite Darts.

The TerraDrone is a remote-controlled robot. It has the ability to rapidly fire darts from a cylinder located on top of it. Its turret "head" has the ability to rotate 360 degrees, and can pivot up and down. It walks on six robot legs. The TerraDrone is flywheel-powered, and has fully-automatic capabilities (albeit with a slow fire rate).

The cylinder itself is removable and holds twelve darts. It advertises a firing range of up to forty-five feet. [1]

The flywheels, pusher mechanism, and pivot mechanism of the turret head are all powered off of the same motor. When the motor is rotated one way, it pivots the turret up and down. When the motor is rotated the other way, both the flywheels rev up and the pusher mechanism activates. This is why one must wait for the pivot mechanism to make a full cycle before changing direction. Both flywheels are powered off of the same motor.

The TerraDrone was originally known as the Attacknid.

  • It is easily within the top five most expensive Nerf products as of yet, next to the Battle Racer, TerraScout, Rhino-Fire, Nemesis MXVII-10K, Night Vision Camcorder, Cam ECS-12, and Battlescout ICS-10.
  • The bottom of the TerraDrone has trademark markings that claim that the blaster is under the N-Strike Elite series.
  • The TerraDrone is capable of doing multiple actions at the same time, like firing and moving. However, this will cause the robot to slow down.
  • The flywheels are placed horizontally instead of normally vertically. This is most likely to keep a lower profile.
