The tactical shell holder is a Nerf tactical rail accessory that was released in 2019 under the N-Strike Elite series.
It comes packaged in the Shell Upgrade Kit and cannot be purchased separately.

The tactical shell holder is a large accessory that can be attached to any blaster that has a tactical rail, although it is mostly meant for the Trilogy DS-15. It can hold up to three Elite Shells at once for use in quickly reloading a blaster.
