Revision as of 22:31, 17 June 2020

Not to be confused with the original SuperMAXX 1500.

The SuperMAXX 1500 is a Nerf blaster that was released in 2000 under the SuperMAXX series.

It comes packaged with six Micro Darts.

Details

The SuperMAXX 1500 is an updated version of the 1997 SuperMAXX 1500. The redesigned 1500 has the same internals as the original version. The pumping mechanism for the blaster has been relocated to be extended in front of the handle, which was also made larger. This move of the pump and the larger handle makes the blaster much more comfortable to hold and use. The pump was also elongated, allowing for full power with only two pumps.

Unlike the original SuperMAXX 1500, this was not created by Larami for its own SuperMAXX series.

However, the concept remains the same, with the exception of the added plastic to the barrels of the turret, so that Micro Darts could be loaded and fired from the blaster.

Trivia

  • Due to the nature of the blaster, it is commonly referred to as the updated SuperMAXX 1500 in the Nerf community.
