Nerf Wiki

The Stryfe X is a Nerf blaster that was released on October 15, 2023[1], under the Nerf Pro series.

Included contents[]

Details[]

The Stryfe X is a semi-automatic, clip-fed flywheel blaster that fires only half-length darts. The included battery is loaded into the blaster from the right side, above the trigger grip. It features compatibility with detachable shoulder stocks.

It has two RIVAL-style tactical rails: one atop the blaster, near the rear, and one below the muzzle. There are also two sling points: one built into the grip and one built next to the muzzle. The Stryfe X also has a safety on the underside of the trigger guard.

The blaster uses concave flywheels with a very high crush, ensuring darts are gripped sufficiently when launched.

It is compatible with Talon-style magazines.[1]

The battery is rechargeable and uses a USB-C cable.

It advertises a firing velocity of 150 feet per second.

Official description[]

History[]

The Stryfe X was first announced on August 9, 2023.[1] It is a half-length dart successor to the N-Strike Elite Stryfe. Compared to the Stryfe, the Stryfe X has an enlarged pistol grip for comfort.

Trivia[]

  • The Stryfe X is the first Nerf brand blaster to have pro performance and use half darts.
  • Many design elements on the Stryfe X seem to be inspired by multiple 3D printed mods for the Stryfe. For example, the side plate to accommodate the longer-shaft flywheels is very similar to the 3D-printed flywheel covers used in modified Stryfes. The extended grip is also a common 3D-printed mod for the Stryfe,
  • The bottom tactical rail has a hole meant to lock Nerf barrel extensions in place, despite the blaster not being compatible with them.
