The Stormcharge is a Nerf blaster that was released in 2023 under the Wild Edition sub-series. It requires four "AA" batteries to be operated.

Included contents[]

Details[]

The Stormcharge is a battery-operated semi-automatic flywheel system clip system blaster. It has a smaller profile than the Elite 2.0 Phoenix CS-6 but otherwise retains similar performance. It features an integrated carry handle atop of it, with a built-in peep sight, similar to the RapidStrike CS-18. It is compatible with both detachable shoulder stocks and barrel extensions. Its clip release sits in front of the firing trigger, behind the clip well, and a jam door is located on the left side of the blaster.

It has two tactical rails, one built into the carrying handle and one on the side of the blaster. It also features sling points on a heel of a grip and under the muzzle.

Problems[]

Similar to the first gen Recon MK II, the Stormcharge has some incompatibility issues with clips like the eighteen dart clip.

Because it features a pusher mechanism, the Stormcharge is more likely to jam if not using fresh batteries.

Official description[]

History[]

It was first discovered in January of 2023 via an online listing.

Trivia[]

  • This is the second Elite 2.0 blaster to not use a number code, the first being Slash.
  • It can be considered as a spiritual successor to the BattleCamo Series Stryfe or Stryfe CQ-10, since both are flywheel blasters that come with the same stock attachment and barrel extension.
  • The side tactical rail is sunken into the blaster slightly, with plastic walls next to the sides of the rail. This would make attachments fit more securely since their inverse tactical rails cannot flex outward and fall off the rail.
