This is an article about the 2015 N-Strike Modulus Storage Stock. For other uses, see Storage Stock.

The Storage Stock is a Nerf detachable shoulder stock that was released in 2015 under the N-Strike Modulus series.

It comes packaged with the Modulus ECS-10; it can also be purchased separately.

Details[]

As the name suggests, the Storage Stock can store a single clip, similar to the Recon shoulder stock. The clip is stored vertically in-between the stock's plastic shell, allowing it to hold any type of clip, unlike the Recon shoulder stock, which could only store six dart clips horizontally. There are two plastic nubs inside the clip holder, that hold onto the divots on a clip's feeding lips to hold it in place, similar to how the Longshot CS-6's storage stock works. When it is not storing a clip, the top grey part of the shell can be used as a carry handle of sorts.

It is notably flimsier than the Recon shoulder stock due to similar design flaws the Recon stock has.

History[]

A newer version of the Storage Stock was released with the re-release of the Modulus, this time with more rigid, triangular-shaped supports.

Trivia[]

  • This is one of the few Modulus accessories to not be re-released alongside other blasters.
