This is an article about the 2000 AirJet Power Stinger. For other uses, see Stinger.

The Stinger is a Nerf blaster that was released in 2000 under the AirJet Power series.

Included contents[]

Details[]

The Stinger is a small air-powered blaster. It is advertised as being a pocket blaster, but is too large to effectively work as one.

It has a foldable handle that allows it to become smaller, similar to what was used with certain Rip Rockets blasters. There are two dart holders on top of the blaster and a strap point integrated into the back of the blaster.

The Stinger's pump is rather short, about 1.5 inches (3.8 cm), and also features a small release valve. This is a contributing factor to its poor firing performance.

Reloading and firing[]

To reload the Stinger, simply insert one dart into the front barrel of the blaster. Pump the blaster between 3 and 5 times to fully pressurize the blaster.[2]

Pull the trigger to fire a dart.
