For the Monster series variant, see Quick-Fill Device (Monster).
A Quick-Fill Device, commonly shortened to Q.F.D., is a Super Soaker accessory that was released in 1999 under the Super Charger series.
Details[]
A Q.F.D. can be used as an alternate method of filling a soaker with water. It is attached to a conventional garden hose and placed on the ground. Placing a compatible soaker's nozzle over it will fill the soaker much quicker than conventional methods, and in some cases, will pressurize it at the same time, eliminating the need to pump it up. Some soakers, such as the CPS SplashZooka 65oz., can only be filled with a QFD.
History[]
The QFD underwent a minor design change while under the Super Charger series. The first design was released with 1999 soakers, and was a simple stand with a hole in the center for the nozzle of the soaker.
In 2000, an updated version of the QFD was released to solve issues around breaking and stability, plus the addition of a second nozzle on the side to fill blasters that could not be filled by the center hole.
The Super Charger variants were discontinued in favor of the Monster variant.

The QFD is compatible with the following soakers:

- Monster
- Monster X
