Details[]
The Protector is a blaster with a front turret that holds up to ten darts at a time. It features a false, non-functioning firing trigger, and is instead fired through HAMP-action.
It advertises a firing range of up to seventy-two feet (twenty-two meters).

In 2017, the Protector was given a dark blue color scheme and re-released back under the Air Warriors mainline series.

The Protector has been released with the following color schemes:
- Ultra-Tek Protector / Ultra-Tek Tek 10 (gray, blue, and orange)
- Ultra-Tek Protector 2 Pack (light blue, gray, and orange)
- Ultra-Tek Protector (blue, yellow, and orange)
Blaster sets[]
Two Protectors are included in the Protector 2 Pack, along with twenty Long Distance Darts.
Trivia[]
- It may be a spiritual successor to the Air Tek 8, as both are triggerless blasters that feature a fixed turret.
- Outside the United States, the Protector was released as the Tek 10.
