The Perses hopper is a Nerf High-Impact Round hopper that was released in 2019 under the RIVAL series.
It comes packaged with the Perses MXIX-5000 and cannot be purchased separately.

The Perses hopper is a round hopper that holds up to fifty rounds at a time. It does not use a spring-assisted follower like a RIVAL magazine. Because of this, High-Impact Rounds can move around freely in it. It is removed by moving up the eject mechanism of the Perses MXIX-5000.
Although it is removable from the blaster, many Nerfers choose to not do this, as it can be loaded with High-Impact Rounds through an openable door. Because it is not sold separately, the user would have to buy more than one Perses blaster in order to make use of detaching it.
It is only compatible with the Perses MXIX-5000.
