Details[]

The Outlaw is a high-performance, hammer-action, revolver-style blaster that feeds exclusively half-length darts from its cylinder. It is comparable to Dart Zone's other high-performance revolver, the Adventure Force Deuce Pro. However, they are functionally different; the Deuce Pro is a slide-action blaster, and it uses a pusher breech to feed darts from its rotating cylinder, while the Outlaw is a hammer-primed blaster functions more similar to a conventional revolver blaster, with the effective barrels located inside the cylinder. As a result, it is not compatible with Deuce Pro cylinders.

When the Outlaw's firing trigger is pulled, the front barrel goes backwards into the cylinder to create an air seal and extend its effective barrel, allowing it to have its high performance. The Outlaw's hammer is made of cast metal. Additionally, unlike other hammer-action blasters like the Nerf Hammershot, the Outlaw's hammer is not connected directly to the plunger rod and has a return spring.

The blaster's cylinders are removable for fast reloading; there is a way to load darts into the cylinder without removing it first, there is a groove along the left side of the blaster that allows for one dart to be loaded in an empty chamber. The cylinder can be rotated freely and any other empty chambers can be loaded the same way. The blaster features an underbarrel rail which is dimensionally identical to a Picatinny rail, however, it does not have any grooves cut out of it, which makes it incompatible with most, but not all, Picatinny accessories. There is a safety on the side of the blaster.

It advertises a firing range of up to 125 feet.
