Motorman is a series of Nerf products that was released in 1983.

Similar to the 1973 Nerf-Mobile series, the Motorman series is composed of multiple vehicles made of Nerf foam, safe for indoor use. They feature a wind-up "man", which, when wound up and let go, makes them drive across surfaces. Only three variants of vehicles were released.
