It comes packaged in the Targeting Set and cannot be purchased separately.

The Micro HC-E is a single-fire pocket blaster similar to the Jolt EX-1. It is based on the Epic Hand Cannon from the game. It has a single small iron sight atop the muzzle.

The Micro HC-E is the Micro Shots version of the HC-E.
