The LongStrike barrel extension is a Nerf barrel extension that was released in 2010 under the N-Strike series.
It comes packaged with the LongStrike CS-6 and its N-Strike Modulus re-release.
Details[]
The LongStrike barrel extension is a long, blue barrel extension. It is equipped with two tactical rails, one of which is located on top of the barrel and one located underneath for underslung attachments like grips and lights. At the end of the top tactical rail is a small, flip-up iron sight.
Many people compare it to the Recon barrel extension for this common feature, though most prefer the LongStrike barrel for its design. Due to many complaints people had with the Recon barrel extension, the internal barrel was widened to decrease the loss of range caused.
History[]
The barrel that comes with the N-Strike Modulus LongStrike has updated sloped locking teeth on its tactical rails.
Color schemes[]
The LongStrike barrel extension has been released in the following color schemes:
- N-Strike (blue and orange)
- Sonic Series (clear green and orange)
- Whiteout Series (white, black, and orange)
- N-Strike Modulus (white, green and orange)
Trivia[]
- The LongStrike barrel extension is the longest Nerf barrel extension.[citation needed]
