The Laser Fang is a Nerf blaster that was released in 1997 under the Max Force 2112 series.
It comes packaged with three Mega Darts.
Details[]
The Laser Fang is a single-fire blaster designed to look like a bat. There are two removable wings on the blaster that can act as a hand guard of sorts. The blaster also has a second mouth which acts as the muzzle of the blaster; this may be where the blaster partially gets its name from.
The blaster does not have a conventional priming bar and is instead primed by pulling the muzzle and barrel forward. This blaster has a built-in light comparable to the N-Strike Dual-Mode Light Beam that turns on via trigger pull. There is also a dart holder on each wing.
History[]
It is a successor to the 1994 Max Force Eagle Eye.
In turn, it was replaced by the 2003 N-Strike Nite Finder.
Trivia[]
- The Laser Fang's casing hides light emitted from the internals of the blaster much better than with the Eagle Eye.
- The blaster's second mouth makes the blaster appear very similar to a xenomorph from the Alien film series.
