The Kenner Jurassic Park blasters were released to promote the film The Lost World: Jurassic Park. While the T-Rex Tranq Gun was an original blaster, the one included in the Dino-Tracking Gear Set was a re-release of the 1995 Ambush Rip Rockets Hidden Shot.
In 2022, new blasters were released under the Adventure Force brand to promote the film Jurassic Park Dominion.
