The IR is a semi-automatic flywheel clip system blaster, similar to the N-Strike Elite Stryfe. It is based on the Infantry Rifle from the game.
It features compatibility with detachable shoulder stocks and barrel extensions. A clip release button is located in front of the firing trigger. It has one long tactical rail that sits atop it; the tactical rail slopes upwards, rather than lying flat.

The dart-firing Nerf Fortnite IR blaster is inspired by the one used in Fortnite, replicating the look of the one from the popular video game. The IR blaster features motorized, clip-fed blasting and includes a removable 6-dart clip and 12 Official Nerf Elite darts. Power into action and show off your battling skills! Load 6 darts into the clip, insert the clip into the blaster, and hold down the acceleration button to power up the motor. Choose your target and press the trigger to unleash 1 dart.
