History[]
This set was the first time the Hyperfire was given its name. Prior to this, it had been known simply as the Dart Tag Blaster. This set was also the first time the Hyperfire appeared in its orange and green color schemes.
It was the second Dart Tag set to include the Hyperfire, the first being the Complete 2-Player System from 2004, the very first Dart Tag product.
