The Hydro Frenzy is a pump-action double-barreled soaker with three different firing modes, depending on the position of an orange muzzle piece. When pulled back, it reveals a tube from each barrel. In its most forward position, it fires water from both barrels at once normally. Pulled back halfway, the stream of water widens. If pulled back all the way, firing the soaker will cause the tubes to spin about, spraying water in multiple directions.
Its water reservoir is located on the back half of the blaster, with the cap atop the tank.
