The Max-D 3000 is a pump-action air-powered soaker. Its reservoir cap is located on the back of the blaster, seemingly integrated into the shell.

The Max-D 3000 was re-released twice: in 2006 under the Max Infusion series and in 2011 under the unnamed 2011 series.
Color schemes[]
The Max-D 3000 has been released with the following color schemes:
- Max-D (blue, yellow, and orange)
- Max Infusion (red, yellow, and blue)
- Max Infusion (turquoise, blue, green, and orange)
- Max Infusion (dark blue, blue, green, and orange)
- Max Infusion (dark blue, silver, yellow, and orange)
- Max Infusion (orange, yellow, and silver)
- Max Infusion (red, green, gray, and orange)
- 2011 series (white, black, and orange)

The Max-D 3000 Twin Pack was released under the Max Infusion series and included two different variants of the Max-D 3000.
