Hascon was a Hasbro-centered toy convention held in Providence, Rhodes Island, at the Rhode Island Convention Center.

Hascon is intended as a toy convention, similar to the American International Toy Fair or Nuremberg International Toy Fair, but focused entirely on Hasbro brands, including Nerf, Transformers, My Little Pony, and more.
A number of Nerf products were officially announced at the 2017 event, including the SurgeFire, Tri-Break, Mediator Stock, RevReaper, as well as the Phantom Corps Helios XVIII-700 and Kronos XVIII-500 (Phantom Corps), and the first wave of Micro Shots products.
History[]
A second Hascon was planned for 2019, but was eventually delayed and cancelled.[1] According to a head card designer for Magic: the Gathering, a Hasbro-owned property, a 2020 Hascon was planned[2]; Hasbro would instead provide official news for future releases at the September 2020 fan convention PulseCon.

- A Nerf-themed Magic: the Gathering promotional card was handed out at Hascon 2017. It involves firing a real Nerf blaster as an opposing player's deck of cards. The card's flavor text makes a reference to the famous Nerf slogan "It's Nerf or Nothing".[3]
