The Dino-Tracking blaster is a single-shot pocket blaster. It features a folding barrel atop the blaster to fire a secondary dart and integrated two-dart storage on its right side.

The Dino-Tracking blaster is a re-release of the Nerf Ambush Rip Rockets Hidden Shot.
A 1997 Kenner product catalog featured the Dino-Tracking Gear Set, with the included blaster having a different color scheme. It is likely this was the prototype color scheme and was altered before production and release.
