The Day/Night Zoom Scope is a Nerf scope accessory that was released in fall of 2017 under the N-Strike Modulus series. It requires four "AA" batteries to be operated.

Details[]

The Day/Night Zoom Scope is a battery-operated digital scope that can attach to Nerf blasters via tactical rail. It features two modes: "Day Mode" and "Night Mode", allowing it to be used even in the dark. The "Night Mode" gives the camera infrared capabilities, and IR emitters on the front of the scope illuminate the picture to allow it to see in the dark.

The scope features multiple zoom levels: 1x, 1.5x, 2x, 3x, 4x and 5x. As it uses digital zoom, "zooming in" on a target essentially just enlarges the full image without changing the resolution.

Features of the scope reportedly fail to work when weak batteries are used.[1] Zoom levels like x4 and x5 may not be accessible if not enough power is provided to it; fresh batteries will ensure that the product works as it should.

The side of the scope has a tightening knob which tightens the inverse tactical rail attachment mechanism. This ensures the scope will not fall off of the blaster during play, although there is still some wobble with the scope.
