Curve Shot is a sub-series of Nerf RIVAL blasters that was released in spring of 2021[1].
Details[]
Curve Shot features blasters that have adjustable hop-ups to curve fired High-Impact Rounds in several directions, namely, left, right, and down. All blasters exclusive to the sub-series have a curved shell design to reflect this main feature of the series.
History[]
The Flex XXI-100 and Sideswipe XXI-1200 were leaked in 2020 through online retailers. The sub-series itself was officially announced on January 25, 2021.[1]

Trivia[]
- While the purpose of curving shots directly downward is questionable, there is a real use for it; by aiming the blaster upwards, users can indirectly rain down rounds on targets from behind cover, although this takes a lot of skill and luck.
