The CPS 3200 is a pump-action soaker. Rather than have an internal water tank, however, it has a backpack accessory that hooks up to the soaker itself. It has four nozzle settings: "5x", "10x", "20x", or "Typhoon Blast".
The backpack itself is compatible with Quick Fill Devices, allowing for it to be filled faster.
