It cannot be purchased in retail stores. The only way to obtain it is through second-hand websites and stores.
It comes packaged with three Bungee Balls.
It is designed to shoot three Bungee Balls: an ammo type essentially made up of a Ballistic Ball connected by a long black elastic cord with a small ball of the end of it.
The blaster is unique due to the fact that it does not need to be primed to be fired. It also features a rotating chamber that auto-advances the Bungees.
The Bungee Blaster has an interesting history; it was one of the few blasters released around the years 1999 to 2001, alongside other blasters like the Ball Blaster, Gyro Strike, Arrow Strike and several others.
As it was not released within a series, it is generally considered to be a part of the Power Nerf series, the current series at the time. Despite this, it was never actually part of an official series.
- This was the only blaster to utilize Bungee Balls. The closest successor blaster to this was the Web Slinger.
