One comes packaged with the Wayne Tech Tri-Fire Blaster and cannot be purchased separately.

The Bolo Wrap is a unique ammunition type. It is essentially a Bat Missile that is cut in half and attached together by a length of string. This is designed to wrap around whoever is hit and disable them for a short time.
It is only compatible with the Wayne Tech Tri-Fire Blaster.
