The Blast Shield is a Nerf tactical rail accessory that was released in 2015 under the N-Strike Modulus series.
It comes packaged in the Strike & Defend Upgrade Kit and with the Recon MKIII, and can also be purchased separately through Amazon.
Details[]
As its name implies, the Blast Shield is a shield that can be used to protect the user from dart fire. It is made of translucent, orange plastic, which helps to not impede the user's vision while it is equipped. An aiming reticle is built into the shield, made out of holes cut out of the plastic. The shield can also be folded down when not in use.
