It is a Kohl's exclusive in the United States, although some are available on Amazon.
The Alpha Trooper CS-6 Mission Kit is the only way to obtain the Alpha Trooper CS-6. Some fans have noted that this kit may be a way to get rid of unused parts, with the reasoning for this being the fact that it includes two N-Strike-era clips and not Elite clips as well as the stock from a Spectre REV-5 and a reworked Alpha Trooper CS-12, both blasters being out of production before this kit was introduced.
The Alpha Trooper CS-6 Mission Kit was discovered in Singapore in June 2015.
- While the clips on the box are shown to be N-Strike Elite six dart clips, the included clips are of N-Strike design. This may imply that the Mission Kit was intended to have the Elite clips, but instead was given N-Strike ones. It is also possible that some Mission Kits were sold with the correct clips.
- The stock image of the Alpha Trooper CS-6 on the front of the packaging shows a white charging handle, however the final production version is dark gray. This perhaps indicates that the pre-production blaster had a white handle.
- Throughout the packaging, there are various errors depicting the Alpha Trooper. For example, the model shooting the blaster shows the dart equivalent to the size of a Mega Dart, and all throughout the box it shows the clip halfway out. Also, the priming handle cannot be located in such position if a dart is being shot out of the barrel unless if the user pulled back the pump very quickly, which would be very likely as the Alpha Trooper a slam fire blaster. The priming handle is also the wrong shade of gray.
