The Air Tech Jet Squadron is a Nerf blaster that was released in 2002 under the Air Tech series.

Included content[]

Details[]

The Air Tech Jet Squadron is a pump-action air-powered blaster with a unique fighter jet shape; it is specifically modeled after a General Dynamics F-16C Fighting Falcon fighter jet. Darts are loaded onto four posts on top of the blaster, which can be fired off in single-fire or multi-fire fashion.

This blaster features an unique firing pattern; it fires both of the outside-most darts and then the inside-most dart posts, left wing first. Similar to that of the Hornet AS-6 and the Blast Fire DX500, the blaster also has a "Blast" button, which fires all four darts at once. A grey piece on the end of the blaster resets the single-fire firing pattern back to its original position.

Official description[]

History[]

Alongside the Air Tech 4000 and Air Tech Ball Blaster, it was not re-released when the Nerf brand was updated in 2003.

Reloading and firing[]

To reload the Air Tech Jet Squadron, load four Micro Darts onto the posts. Pull the grey handle back at the back of the blaster to reset the firing pattern. Pump the blaster until the is tank is filled.

Pull the trigger back to fire the blaster normally, or press the blast button on the top of the blaster to fire all darts at once.

Trivia[]

  • This is the second blaster to feature a blast button, after the Blast Fire DX500.
