A refill pack for AccuStrike ULTRA Darts was leaked in February of 2021 through online listings, under the name of ULTRA Pinpoint Darts.
The first release of the darts was with the ULTRA SELECT and a separate refill pack, where they were correctly referred to as AccuStrike ULTRA Darts.
