I know I know, it's been a hot minute since i've posted anything here or even had any activity. But I just wanted to say hi in case anybody here remembers me. I have basically outright quit the Foam Flinging hobby, I never really got *super* into it like I wanted to, I mostly just collected blasters without much reasoning behind it. I still have some left, but I donated most of what I had. And frankly, I am disappointed by the direction Hasbro is taking the Nerf brand as a whole. But, I still keep track of the releases regardless.
What's on your mind?

General
Hey guys. So I know I’ve been pretty inactive on Fandom, especially the Nerf wiki, but that doesn’t mean I’m quitting. I’ve just been focusing on other stuff like college. I figured something that would be fun to look back at would be the idea of a campaign for a Nerf FPS, so here it is — NERF: Revolution.
What’s it about?
NERF: Revolution takes place in the fictional location of Cloud City. A corrupt mayor named Franklin Wright has just declared children illegal, as part of a campaign to enslave the youth, with the exception of a few kids who’ve taken up offers to fight on Franklin’s behalf in exchange for freedom. Our main protagonist, 11-year-old Marcus Rose, is attempting to make an escape with his little sister, Abby, only for said escape attempt to fail and result in Abby’s capture. After barely managing to avoid being captured himself, he manages to find an underground society of rebels where he meets the leaders, Joey and Kayla, who recruit him in their forces to overthrow Wright’s tyranny.
Opening Mission
Don’t want to go too far into detail because I’m not finished with the story yet, but the campaign opens with footage of Mayor Wright’s election and Marcus narrating it. It goes a bit like this:
Marcus: ”I guess I should have seen it all coming. I knew from the moment Mayor Wright first came to the stand, he was no good. Tried getting the grown-ups to keep him out of office, but… they didn’t listen. Guess a little more money in their pockets was more important to them. Maybe now they regret it since they know I was right, but the damage is done. Mayor Wright is taking kids everywhere and turning them into slaves. I could join him, but I’m not about to sell out my own kind for a monster like him. Besides, I probably wouldn’t be lucky enough to get on his side. With no other options left, my sister and I have made a plan to escape Cloud City and find safety somewhere else. Mom, Dad, wish us luck. We’ll see you again, wherever it might be.”
Marcus slips an envelope under the door to his parents’ apartment, turning to his sister, who has a worried look on her face.
Abby: ”Marcus? I’m scared…”
Marcus: ”It’s gonna be okay, Abby. I promise.”
Abby: “You promise?”
Marcus: “Yeah. Just follow my lead. I’ll get us out of here.”
Marcus then makes his way out of the apartment building with Abby. She follows closely behind, and they make their way throughout the alleyways and to the city limits. Just before making it past the checkpoint and out of Cloud City, but just as they’re about to cross over the border, a searchlight shines on the two of them, and it’s at that moment Marcus knew… he messed up.
Marcus: “OH CRUD—!”
Emerging from behind a patrol truck is the first major antagonist in the game, Jacob. He’s armed with a Turbine CS-18 and clearly isn’t playing around, as you can tell by his tone…
Jacob: “… What have we got here? Some people thinking they can just get up and leave? I’m afraid your sorry behinds aren’t going anywhere except into Mayor Wright’s work force. Maybe his army if you’re lucky.”
Abby: ”As if! We’ll never join that sicko!”
Jacob: “… Alright then. Don’t want to cooperate? That’s fine. But I will say… I deeply apologize for what’s about to happen.”
Jacob snaps his fingers, giving his squad the order to open fire on Marcus and Abby. Luckily for the siblings, the soldiers have Stormtrooper aim and they’re able to get behind cover. To avoid getting mowed down by the soldiers, they crawl to safety behind a low wall.
Marcus: “Abby! Come on! We’ve got to go!”
As the two manage to get out of the sight of Jacob’s squad, they run off to try and escape the border once more, but are cornered again. As they are unarmed, they put their hands up in surrender.
Jacob: “Game over, buddy. Put your hands behind your back. You’re going to work now.”
Marcus: ”… Okay, fine, I’ll go, just don’t take Abby too…”
Jacob: ”Yeah, that’s the thing… we kinda have to. Boss’s orders.”
Marcus: ”No… NO.”
Right as a soldier steps forward to handcuff Abby, however, a sniper comes in and takes them out before he can do the same to Marcus. This distracts most of the other soldiers who begin firing in the sniper’s direction, and while Marcus does try to grab his sister and take her with, a soldier yanks her back and points a Strongarm at him. Marcus stumbles back and dives behind another half-wall, encountering a rebel named Leo, who hands Marcus a Hammershot.
Leo: “Hey you! Can you shoot a blaster?”
Marcus: “I—I guess?!”
Leo: ”Cool! Come on, let’s go! This is your ticket out of here!”
Marcus fires at the soldiers, but is unable to take out the ones loading Abby into the back seat of the truck, due to them having shields and being way too tough for him to take out with just a Hammershot. Once the soldiers are cleared, Marcus tries to chase after the truck to save Abby, but it’s no use. He’s far too slow on just his feet.
Marcus: ”Abby! NO!”
Leo: “… Dude, I’m… I’m so sorry…”
Marcus: “… No… no, no, no, they took her… I promised her I’d keep her safe, I promised Mom and Dad we’d make it out okay…”
Leo: “… Okay, you know what? You have a chance.”
Marcus: ”What?”
Leo: ”Come with me. Keep that blaster I gave you, you’re going to need it. You’ll probably need more darts, too, but don’t worry. I got you covered.”
Leo hands Marcus a box full of darts. Marcus follows behind, and as they sneak around the city, they do everything they can to avoid being caught. They notice a van with another rebel waiting inside, that being Maya.
Maya: “Hey losers. Leo, what took you so long?”
Leo: ”Come on, I went as fast as I could. Some attempted refugees ran into some… complications.”
Maya: ”WHAT complications?!”
Leo: ”Army caught ‘em. This guy — what’s your name?”
Marcus: “Marcus.”
Leo: ”Alright. Marcus. His sister got captured and we need to help him get her back.”
Maya: “Okay! Marcus? You ready to fight back, for your sis?”
Marcus: ”… YES. No more running from Mayor Wright. It’s time we make him pay instead.”
Right as Marcus and Leo are about to get in, though, they get ambushed again by Jacob’s squad…
Leo: ”Crud—!”
Marcus takes his next weapon from the van, a Stormcharge. He and Leo blast away at the soldiers until they’re able to catch a break, when they climb into the van and slide the door shut.
Leo: “… Hey, what’s the look for? Thought you were locked in for the fight.”
Marcus: ”It wasn’t supposed to be like this. Abby and I were supposed to make it safely out. We were supposed to go to a new city, one that wasn’t run by a tyrant…”
Leo: ”That’s gonna happen, bro. Stuff doesn’t often go how you want. But you don’t have to take it.”
Marcus: ”… I don’t plan to.”
Leo: “That’s the spirit. Let’s get you to HQ.”
They get to a seemingly abandoned building which actually has a base of operations for the rebels underneath. It’s here where Marcus meets Joey and Kayla.
Joey: “Hey. New guy?”
Marcus: “You’re very perceptive.”
Joey: “Nice to meet you. I’m Joey.”
Kayla: “I’m Kayla. We’re the leaders of this group. Who’re you?”
Marcus: “I’m Marcus. Former runner.”
Joey: “You tried to escape too?”
Marcus: “Yeah… didn’t go as planned.”
Kayla: “That’s… how Joey and I met. We were on our way to detainment when we managed to break ourselves out. We ran off, decided to start a rebel group. Mayor Wright’s crimes won’t go unpunished.”
Joey: “Sadly, most people who try to run from him find out the hard way that that’s not an option.”
Marcus: “Good thing we’re not runners anymore.”
Kayla: “Darn right. Welcome to the team, rookie. Hope you’re ready to fight for your freedom.
After the opening mission ends, it cuts to Mayor Wright’s office, with Abby trapped behind a glass panel in a prison complex…
Wright: “So, your brother got away, huh? Such a shame. He couldn’t come with.”
Abby: “You leave him out of this…”
Wright: “Or what? What are you going to do? Break through a tempered glass window to attack me? You’re weak, and so is every other scared little kid out there who will soon be spending the rest of their childhoods here. But don’t worry… you’ll be serving your only purpose soon enough. Get some rest, sugar. You’ve got a date with the factory.”
And then, title card. What do you guys think? Let me know your thoughts and opinions on this. Would you want to play a Nerf campaign with this story?
Anybody ever noticed how expensive official nerf darts are compared to dart zone stuff and other off brands? Made a recent run to target to see if there were any new blasters on sale, and saw a box of 200 dart zone chilis for only 10 bucks. What a steal, right? I grab the box of chili darts and look up. Out of the corner of my eye I notice a bag of official elite nerf darts. what does price tag say??? 20 WHOLE BUCKS! Hasbro can’t expect anybody to buy that stuff.
In my country there’s a subculture called xmm/xdds and they’re essentially just young punks and for some reason they love taking photographs at this particular locker
Is it a nice place to have a milsim photoshoot with my friends just to crap on them and intrude into their habitat
Don’t mind the blurry picture lol
Yo, I just got a 3D printer and I made this!!!!
Great news everyone! I got my new website up!

Any other mods other than full auto i should add ?
I dont know how to actually put all the mod kit items in my stryfe and i couldnt find any videos
Pls help!
My mod kit is here!
I cant mod it until i find my soldering kit but i can still take out the cover of my stryfe
I built a Daybreak Stryfe, this was my first time actually installing flywheels and motors myself, and now I'm having issues.
When I press the rev trigger only one of the flywheels are spinning, it doesn't seem like they are rubbing on the 3D printed cage or anything else. I know the motors are fine, the bottom flywheel and motor always spins when I rev, but the top one will rev if if feals like it, or if I fire a dart and kinda bump start it. Does anybody know what could be causing this? Should I just re-wire the motors and see what happens?
