@Funnysunflower they can if the buyer wasn't aware of all possible dangers because of willful not mentioning it on cap shotguns part. not applicable if they are ovi misusing it but there are some scenarios where he could have legal issues (like if the blaster was built poorly and breaks bc of a mod that is too powerful)

And it might technically be legal, but if cap gets enough traction and hasbro finds out, there are ways for them to keep legal fees coming to bankrupt them

Very cool design but there’s a typo i found-at the disclaimer about you not being responsible for injury’s the word disclaimer is spelt discreamer. also not sure if you need something done legally for that to stand up in any potential court cases, and even if it does if there’s something genuinely harmful and can be proven to be caused by negligence (whether or not it’s true) then even with legal stuff you can still be prosecuted. i recommend talking to a lawyer or professional about it if you plan on turning the website into something mainstream. also you might possibly get in trouble for “it’s custom or nothin’” but not 100% sure
